Do you need information in air purification equipment? Our site offers the latest information on how these purification systems can work for your building. We are your complete online source for air cpurification equipment. Find here The Monroe Oil Recovery Unit is heavily constructed for industrial applications and consists of an endless belt, an electric motor and drive unit and a complete enclosure. The belt is suspended from a pulley, with the lower portion immersed in an oil supporting liquid. As the belt descends into the liquid, the floating oil adheres to both sides of the belt. air Self-adjusting wipers mounted in a staggered position wipe the oil from the belt. The recovered oil drains into a trough for deposit into a storage tank filtration or containers. The Monroe Oil Recovery Unit operates unattended in any area of tranquil oil accumulation. It will continuously recover floating oil in a condition that permits disposal or reclaimation for other industrial purposes. Many different industries can prevent water pollution by recovering at oily plants waste with a Monroe Oil Recovery Unit. Even the air lightest oils from food processing can be easily removed. The Monroe Oil Recovery Unit features a totally enclosed drive unit mounted inside the housing. The compact design provides easy drive access, excellent drive protection and maximum personnel safety. filtration The entire drive unit is protected from weather, dirt and contaminants. at The Monroe Oil Recovery Unit is provided with a full-width hinge door for easy access to all working components. The endless belt can be removed for repair or replacement without disassembling the plants unit, minimizing maintenance. The wiper assembly is self-adjusting to compensate for wear. Constant pressure and alignment with the belt are assured. Independent laboratory tests have shown that many of these units are removing various types of airborne pariculate at efficiencies up to 99.9%, even on heavy particulate loads. A High Volume Water Injector The Monroe Dual Throat Air Scrubber utilizes a high volume wash water injector system that removes airborne particulate by air delivering an initial surface inpingement shock to heavy inlet dirt loads. Dual Adjustable Scrubbing Throats High velocity atomization takes place as the inlet air is directed through the fixed and dual adjustable scrubbing throats. The easily adjustable dual throats balance the pressure drop through the air flow system at the start-up or after system changes are made. This design feature eliminates the need for ductwork dampers and blast gates that are prone to particulate build-up filtration and require periodic maintenance. In addition, the increase in pressure drop in the wash zone improves the overall effciency of the system. After passing through at the turbulent dual plants throat wash zone, the air inpinges on the liquid surface, changes direction and then continues through deflectors and to a large, double row moisture eliminator section. Water droplets in the airstream air are removed and drain back to the wash liquid reservoir tank. The clean, filtration dry air is then recirculated to the work area or discharged through exhaust ducts. Minimum Wash Liquid Requirements Waste Water disposal problems are eliminated under normal operating conditions. Each unit has a self-contained wash liquid reservoir and recirculating at pump. An automatic water valve replentishes wash liquid lost through evaporation. A high kinetic energy is imparted to the particles contained in the dirt-laden air, and the airflow itself causes a high degree of plants and air atomization of the wash liquid. Welded seams and built-in lifting hooks provide filtration rugged durability. Large, easy to open access doors, each with at air tight seals, are provided for inspection and catridges servicing. Monroe Cartridge plants Dust Collectors can be configured to meet specific needs with options for most applications. Air processed by the Monroe Spiral Tube Collector meets air quality standards for in-plant discharge as well as outside exhaust. Discharging clean, filtered air back into the work area can significantly reduce climate control costs. Monroe Environmental Corporation provides air-scrubbing systems for difficult pollution control problems encountered in high temperature processes such as flame laminating and glass coating. |
