Do you need information in air purification equipment? Our site offers the latest information on how these purification systems can work for your building. We are your complete online source for air cpurification equipment. Find here Self-contained, Single Unit Design The Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector is designed to collect and remove airborne oil mist, smoke, and sub-micron vapors generated by operations air and purification such as high production machining and cold forming. It is a multiple stage collector that has proven capabilities exceeding 99% for efficiency on many installations. After installation of a Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector, high production machining areas using water soluble, synthetic or mineral coolants can discharge clean, filtered air back into the work area, reducing system costs. plants Broad Range air of Industrial Capacities he Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector purification is available in capacities from 500 CFM to over 80,000 for and plants CFM in a single unit and may be integrated air with existing ductwork and ventilation systems. Designed for Minimum Maintenance Air flow to filter media ratio is held low to prevent saturation blocking. This eliminates down-time due to collector malfunction and minimizes periodic purification and for changing of filter media. The Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector is designed plants for continuous draining during air operation, Design Leadership The Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector, purification with more filter media, longer for operating time between filter changes, plants and higher collection air efficiency, purification outperforms all other collectors in its class. Recirculate for Clean Air In many installations, such as buffing and polishing, metal finishing and grinding plants and air foundry operations etc., it purification is possible to recirculate clean, contaminant-free air back to the work area. This reduces the cost of plant ventilation systems and climate control needs. Proven High Efficiency Monroe Dual Throat Air Scubbers are currently for operating continuously at high efficiency in many types of industrial installations plants throughout the United States, Mexico air and Canada. Cartridge cleaningis accomplished by reverse compressed air pulses through a few cartridges at a time, allowing continuous operation without shut-down. These reverse pulses, with a velocity of twice the speed of sound, break away caked dust from the cartridge so that it can drop the collector bottom. Because of slower internal velocities through the collector, media replacement purification and maintenance labor costs are reduced. Collected oil mist and solids are continuously drained from the media without shut-down, significantly prolonging filter life and lowering overall operating costs. The Monroe Fiber Bed Mist Collector removesparticles as fine as 0.3 micron. While for normal filters permit these particles to re-entrain into plants the outgoing clean air, Monroe''s self-draining filter air is designed to prevent oil re-entrainment and recirculate clean air to the atmosphere. Independent laboratory tests have shown that many of these units are removing various types of airborne pariculate at efficiencies up to 99.9%, even on heavy particulate loads. A High Volume Water Injector The Monroe Dual Throat Air Scrubber utilizes a high volume wash water injector system that removes airborne particulate purification by delivering an initial surface inpingement shock to heavy inlet dirt loads. Dual for Adjustable Scrubbing Throats High velocity atomization takes place as the inlet air plants is directed through the fixed and dual adjustable scrubbing air throats. The easily adjustable dual throats balance the pressure drop through the air flow system at the start-up or after system changes are made. This design feature eliminates the need for ductwork dampers and blast gates that are prone to particulate build-up purification and require periodic maintenance. In addition, the increase in pressure drop in the wash zone improves the overall effciency of the system. After passing through the turbulent for dual throat wash zone, the air inpinges on the liquid surface, changes direction and then continues through deflectors and to a large, plants double row moisture eliminator section. Water droplets in the airstream are removed and drain back to the wash liquid reservoir tank. The clean, dry air is then recirculated to the work area or discharged through exhaust ducts. |
