The cartridges in the Monroe collector are mounted in a vertical position. This assures that when the collected dust is pulsed from the cartridges, it falls to the bottom of the collector. In air units with horizontal catridges, dust pulsed from above cartridges falls onto cartridges below. This reduces purifier filtration capability and additional maintenance for rotating cartridge systems is necessary. This is avoided in the Monroe unit. The Monroe cartridges are easily accessed with pull out racks when replacement is necessary. The Monroe Cartridge Dust Collector is available in capacities from 500 CFM to 50,000 CFM in a single unit and may be air and purifier integrated with existing ductwork and ventilation systems. An AMCA rated fan on the outlet side of the collector with either a direct coupled motor or an optional "V" belt drive. Flexible duct connections, fan mounting isolators sound attenuators systems and air and fan closures are available. Integral Pressure Gauges purifier are systems available to indicate when filter maintenance is required. Standard dust removal is via a slide gate. Options include rotary air locks or an integral screw conveyor. Complete electrical air and purifier controls are availiable to meet customer systems requirements. air Heavy gauge steel is used purifier for most installations, but special construction materials are available to meet specific applications.

Minimum Wash Liquid systems Requirements Waste Water disposal problems are eliminated air under normal purifier operating conditions. Each unit has a self-contained wash liquid reservoir and recirculating pump. An automatic water valve replentishes systems wash liquid lost through evaporation. A high kinetic energy is imparted air to the particles contained in the dirt-laden air, and the airflow itself causes a high degree of atomization of the wash liquid. Welded seams and built-in lifting hooks provide rugged durability. Large, easy to open access doors, each with air tight seals, are provided for inspection and catridges servicing. Monroe Cartridge Dust Collectors can be configured to meet specific needs with options for most applications. purifier Air processed by the Monroe systems Spiral Tube Collector meets air quality standards for in-plant discharge as well as outside exhaust. Discharging clean, filtered air back into the work area can significantly reduce climate control costs. Monroe Environmental Corporation provides air-scrubbing systems for difficult air pollution control problems encountered in high temperature processes purifier such as flame laminating and glass systems coating.
