The tangential whirling flow pattern of both air and liquid ascends the multiple venturi sections with dynamic impingement creating high collection efficiency. The scrubber wash liquid is driven to the outside of the top moisture eliminator section of the scrubber by centrifugal force, for then drains back to the bottom reservoir. Entrained dirt particles settle to the bottom of the reservoir. Clean wash liquid is drawn chemical from the surface of the reservoir and ecirculated in a closed system, thus reducing water consumption.
