Do you need information in air purification equipment? Our site offers the latest information on how these purification systems can work for your building. We are your complete online source for air cpurification equipment. Find here The cartridges in the Monroe collector are mounted in a vertical position. This assures that when the collected dust is pulsed from the cartridges, it falls to the bottom of the collector. In units with horizontal catridges, dust pulsed from above cartridges falls onto cartridges below. This reduces filtration capability and additional maintenance for rotating cartridge is necessary. This is avoided in the Monroe unit. The Monroe cartridges are easily accessed with pull out racks when replacement is necessary. The Monroe Cartridge Dust Collector is available in capacities from 500 CFM to airborne 50,000 CFM in a single unit and may be integrated with existing ductwork and ventilation systems. An AMCA rated fan on the outlet side of the collector with either particulates a direct coupled motor or an optional "V" belt drive. Flexible duct connections, fan mounting isolators sound attenuators and fan closures are available. Integral Pressure Gauges are available to indicate when filter maintenance is required. Standard dust removal is via a slide gate. Options include rotary air locks or an integral screw conveyor. Complete electrical controls airborne are availiable to meet customer particulates requirements. Heavy gauge steel is used for most installations, but special construction materials are available to meet specific applications. Minimum Wash Liquid Requirements Waste Water disposal problems are eliminated under airborne normal operating conditions. Each unit has a self-contained particulates wash liquid reservoir and recirculating pump. An automatic water valve replentishes wash liquid lost through evaporation. A high kinetic energy is imparted to the particles contained in the dirt-laden air, airborne and the airflow itself causes a high particulates degree of atomization of the wash liquid. Welded seams and built-in lifting hooks provide rugged durability. Large, easy to open access doors, each with air tight seals, are provided for inspection and catridges servicing. Monroe Cartridge Dust Collectors can be configured to meet specific needs with options for most applications. Air processed by the airborne Monroe Spiral Tube Collector meets air quality standards for in-plant discharge as well as outside exhaust. Discharging clean, filtered air back into the work area can significantly reduce climate control costs. Monroe Environmental Corporation provides air-scrubbing systems for difficult pollution control particulates problems encountered in high temperature processes such as flame laminating airborne and glass coating. System particulates Design The Monroe Spiral Tube Oil Mist Collector is a two stage unit and does not require filter media airborne for primary mist removal. The spiral particulates and airborne tubes provide a high level of mist agglomeration and removal without using filters. Centrifugal force and impaction provide the mechanism for mist removal. Dirty air is propelled down several spiral shaped impaction tubes and a fluid film is created. The oil drains into the collector bottom. Air changes direction 180 degrees, then enters the second stage HEPA type filter typically rated at a minimum 95% efficiency at 0.3 micron particle size. Ideally suited for production particulates machining operations with water soluble, synthetic or mineral coolants. Oil Re-entrainment Eliminated Due to the unique internal design of the Monroe collector, the cleaned air will not re-entrain collected airborne pollutants after the primary stage. This improves the efficiency of the separation process and extends the life of the optional final filters. The advanced particulates design of the Monroe Spiral Tube Collector provides maximum mist and oil collection efficiency in a mechanical collector. |
