Do you need information in air purification equipment? Our site offers the latest information on how these purification systems can work for your building. We are your complete online source for air cpurification equipment. Check here Contaminants formed in hese processes are frequently highly corrosive, hazardous and/or difficult to remove. Removal often] requires contaminant incineration at temperatures exceeding 1,500°F. Through proper clean quenching and gas conditionaing air techniques, Monroe can provide reclamation of filter costly chemicals and compounds systems contained within the off-gasses. Monroe Environmental engineers analyze each application individually clean to determine the most cost-efficient, effective solution. Monroe has an extensive arsenal of standard air scrubbing air equipment offered in a variety of standard and special construction materials backed up by over twenty years of experience in solving such complex problems. Customized filter for Each Application The MONROE Vertical Packed Bed Air Washer and the MONROE Horizontal Packed Bed Air Washer are systems specially sized for each application to clean provide high efficiency, low cost gas cleaning. Monroe Environmental will evaluate fume removal requirements and determine optimum design parameters for each installation. The packing media is uniquely shaped to provide air adequate surface area and a high number of small impact passages to enhance . The resultant effect is a high scrubbing efficiency, allowing optimum packing section length filter with more compact design and lower pressure drop. The Monroe Coalescing Oil Mist Collector is designed for continuous draining during operation, resulting in typical filter media life of 4,500 hours or more, even under heavy inlet loading. The Monroe Coalescing Oil Mist Collector, with longer operating cycles and higher collection efficiency, outperforms all other collectors. Because of slower systems internal velocities through the collector, medial replacement and maintenance labor costs are reduced. Collected oil mist and solids are continuously drained from the media without shut-down, clean significantly prolonging filter life and lowering overall operating costs. Monroe Coalescing Oil Mist Collectors are available in various configurations to meet your needs. Units can be suspended from the ceiling or other supporting structures to conserve floor space. Wet air scrubbers are designed to remove airborne particulates, contaminants, air gases and odors from industrial exhaust and chemical processes. Remove Airborne Particulate Matter The Monroe DualScrubber is filter designed to remove both heavy and light airborne particulate matter from industrial exhaust systems, as well as flue and process gasses. The Monroe Dual Air Throat Scrubber is a completely self contained unit that needs only to be systems connected to normal plant electrical, water and clean air systems. System Design The Monroe Spiral Tube Oil Mist Collector is a two air and filter stage unit and does not require filter media for primary mist removal. The spiral tubes provide a high level of mist agglomeration and removal without using filters. Centrifugal force and impaction provide the mechanism for mist removal. Dirty air is propelled down several spiral shaped impaction tubes and a fluid film is created. The oil drains into the collector bottom. Air changes direction 180 degrees, then enters the second stage HEPA type filter typically rated systems at a minimum 95% efficiency at 0.3 micron particle clean size. Ideally suited for production machining operations with water soluble, synthetic or mineral coolants. Oil Re-entrainment Eliminated Due air to the unique internal design of the Monroe collector, the cleaned air will not re-entrain collected pollutants after the primary stage. This improves the efficiency of the separation process and extends the life of the filter optional final filters. The advanced design of the Monroe Spiral Tube Collector provides maximum mist and oil collection efficiency in systems a mechanical collector. |
