Self-contained, indoor and air Single Unit Design The Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector is designed to collect and remove airborne oil mist, smoke, and sub-micron vapors generated by operations such as high production machining and cold forming. It is a multiple stage collector that has proven capabilities exceeding 99% efficiency on many installations. After installation of a Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector, high production machining areas using water soluble, synthetic or mineral coolants can discharge clean, filtered air back into the work filtration and systems area, reducing system costs. Broad Range of Industrial indoor Capacities he Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector is available in capacities from 500 CFM to over 80,000 CFM in a single unit and may be integrated with existing ductwork air and ventilation systems. Designed for filtration Minimum Maintenance Air flow to filter media ratio is held low to prevent saturation blocking. This systems eliminates down-time due to collector malfunction and minimizes indoor periodic changing of filter media. The Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector air is designed for continuous filtration draining during operation, Design Leadership The Monroe Multi-Stage Oil Mist Collector, with more filter media, longer operating time between filter changes, and higher collection efficiency, outperforms all other collectors in its class.

The systems Monroe Coalescing Oil Mist Collector is designed for continuous draining during operation, resulting in typical filter media life of 4,500 hours or more, even under heavy inlet loading. The Monroe Coalescing Oil indoor Mist Collector, with longer operating cycles and higher air collection efficiency, outperforms all other collectors. Because of slower internal velocities through filtration the collector, medial replacement and maintenance labor costs are reduced. Collected oil mist and solids are continuously drained from the media without shut-down, significantly prolonging filter life and lowering overall operating costs. Monroe Coalescing Oil Mist Collectors are available in various configurations to meet your needs. Units can be suspended from the ceiling or other supporting structures to conserve floor space. Wet air scrubbers are designed to remove systems airborne particulates, contaminants, indoor gases and odors from industrial exhaust and chemical processes. Remove Airborne Particulate Matter The Monroe DualScrubber is designed to remove both heavy and light airborne particulate matter from industrial exhaust systems, as well as flue and process gasses. The Monroe Dual Air Throat Scrubber is a completely self contained unit that needs only to be connected air to normal plant electrical, water and air systems.

Independent laboratory tests have shown that many of these units are removing various types of airborne pariculate at efficiencies up to 99.9%, even on heavy particulate loads. A High Volume Water Injector The filtration Monroe Dual Throat Air Scrubber systems utilizes a high volume wash water injector system that removes airborne particulate by indoor delivering an initial surface inpingement shock to heavy inlet dirt loads. Dual Adjustable Scrubbing Throats High velocity atomization takes place as the inlet air is directed through the fixed and dual adjustable scrubbing throats. The easily adjustable dual throats balance the pressure drop through the air flow system at the start-up or after system changes are made. This design feature eliminates the need for ductwork dampers and blast gates that are prone to particulate build-up air and require periodic maintenance. In addition, the increase in pressure drop in the wash zone improves the overall effciency of the system. After passing through the turbulent dual throat wash zone, the air inpinges on the liquid surface, changes direction and then continues through deflectors and to a large, double row moisture eliminator section. Water droplets in the airstream are filtration removed and drain back to the wash liquid reservoir systems tank. The clean, dry air is then recirculated to the work area or discharged through exhaust ducts.
