Automatic Belt Tracking The Monroe Oil Recovery Unit incorporates a specially designed drive pulley that eliminates belt tracking problems. Unlike other recovery work units, periodic tracking adjustments are not required on the Monroe unit. This unique feature eliminates complicated area and air adjustable bearing assemblies and their associated maintenance procedures. The air cartridges in the Monroe collector are mounted in a vertical position. This assures that when cleaners the collected dust is pulsed from work the cartridges, it falls to the bottom of the collector. In units with horizontal catridges, dust pulsed from above cartridges falls onto cartridges area below. This reduces filtration air capability and additional maintenance for rotating cleaners and work and area cartridge is necessary. This is avoided in the Monroe unit. The Monroe cartridges are easily accessed air with pull cleaners out racks when replacement is necessary. The Monroe Cartridge Dust Collector is available in capacities from 500 CFM to 50,000 CFM in a single unit and may be integrated with existing work ductwork and ventilation systems. An area AMCA rated fan on the outlet side of the collector with either a direct coupled motor or an optional "V" belt drive. Flexible duct connections, fan mounting isolators sound attenuators and fan closures are available. Integral Pressure Gauges are available to indicate when filter maintenance air and cleaners is required. Standard dust removal is via a slide gate. Options include rotary air locks or an integral screw conveyor. Complete electrical work controls are availiable to meet customer area requirements. Heavy gauge air steel is used for most installations, but special construction materials cleaners are available to meet specific applications.
